DELIVERY: We offer free shipping within the UK for all orders. Orders are dispatched straight from our printing facility. Kindly allow up to 10 working days for the production and delivery process.
COLOUR VARIATIONS: Colours may appear differently due to display variations. While we strive for accuracy, slight differences may occur.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS: Bespoke items crafted to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty, damaged, or not as agreed.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days for a return or replacement.
RETURNS PROCESS: Contact customer service at sarah@thegardengallery.org with photos of the issue. We will provide return instructions once authorised.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be processed via the original payment method after inspection.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind. Please review customization options carefully.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are not possible once production begins. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
STATUTORY RIGHTS: These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.
